James M. Maddry, PE is a sole proprietor operating as James M. Maddry, PE, Fire Protection Engineer.  Mr. Maddry provides full time fire protection engineering services on a daily basis to architects, engineers, and fire protection sprinkler contractors and owners.  His services include the design of sprinkler systems, fire alarm/detection systems, water supply analyses, hazard analyses and building code and life safety code evaluations.  On a daily basis, Mr. Maddry prepares and reviews fire protection design packages to comply with DoD requirements, NFPA Codes and Standards and the International Building Code.  Mr. Maddry successfully passed the Principles and Practice of Engineering (Fire Protection Discipline) Examination in October 1983 and is a full time qualified Fire Protection Engineer.  Mr. Maddry serves on NFPA Committees for NFPA 15 and 24 and is a member grade in the Society of Fire Protection Engineers.
